Agreed. Infact , in corporate situations , I have seen people avoid dealing with hard decisions which needs honesty and integrity required for the good of business / customers and instead using (faking) niceness towards colleagues to gain favor points. I call it the law of dichotomy of niceness: "When a person is nice to someone, they are automatically being bad to something else." Honesty doesn't suffer such things since its more absolute.
