Thats not how languages are made. There are many more alphabets missing from english. For example copy paste the following word in Google and listen to its pronouciation and try to find english alphabets to fit that pronounciation!!!

You cant since english does not have all the chacracters to represent all the sounds that can be made by human phoenetic system (something which the Sanskrit and other derived Indian languages have)
Also mathematically speaking, 0-9 is just a convention. The real world can be sufficiently described with just two numbers : 0 and 1 (the binary number system). Thats the number system used by the entire computer software industry.
